平台基于visual studio2015，使用opencv函数实现双边滤波，进行图像处理(bilateral Filter based on opencv)

说明：  SAR图像变化检测代码，基于差异图和比值图融合的(SAR image change detection code, based on the ratio of different maps and map integration)

数字图像质量评价量：计算数字图像在基于像素统计差异、基于相似性度量统计差异、基于频谱统计差异以及基于人眼视觉系统统计差异等的图像质量评价量(Digital image quality evaluation of the volume: calculating the number of images in the pixel-based statistical difference, similarity measure based on statistical differences, based on statistical difference spectrum, as well as human visual system based on statistical differences in image quality evaluation of the volume of)

SVM实现数据分类，可自行选取核函数，用于图像分割操作。程序可自动训练分类平面。(SVM for data classification, are free to select the kernel function，For image segmentation operation. The program can automatically train classifiers plane.)

用IDl编写的，用IDL图像处理。已调试好的程序。(Prepared using IDL with IDL image processing. Debugging process has been good.)

说明：  实现图像重建功能，里面包含三种算法，LBP、LandWeber、共轭梯度算法(Realizes image reconstruction, which contains three algorithms, LBP, Land Weber, conjugate gradient algorithm)

维纳滤波对图像模糊的处理以及对加入噪声的图像进行清晰处理(Wiener filter for image processing and fuzzy image on a clear noise added deal)

压缩感知CS——采用小波变换进行稀疏表示，高斯随机矩阵为观测矩阵，重构算法为SL0算法，对256*256的lena图处理，比较原图和SL0算法在不同采样比例(0.74、0.5、0.3)下的重构效果，并各运行50次，比较算法性能PSNR和每次的运行时间 (Compressed sensing CS- using wavelet transform as sparse representation, Gaussian random matrix as the observation matrix and SL0 algorithm as the reconstruction algorithm. Compare lena figure and the reconstruction results using SL0 algorithm at different sampling ratio (0.74,0.50.3),then each runs 50 times, compare the performance of PSNR and each running time)

魔方源代码，用鼠标可以选择想要转动的面，按D顺时针旋转，按 S逆时针旋转。(Cube the source code, you can use the mouse to the face you want to rotate, press D to rotate clockwise, counterclockwise rotation S.)

视频图像处理，可以实时处理视频数据，包括canny算子，边缘检测等(video image processing, real-time processing video data, including the canny operator, edge detection, etc.)
