这个是基于matlab的维纳滤波设计，其中包括两个列子，一个是在时域实现滤波器，一个是在频域实现滤波器，两个列子都是对chirp信号进行处理的(there are two examples for weina filer desined in matlab ,one is achieved in frequency domain and another is achieved in time domain.the two weina filers are desined to remove noise from chirp.)

实现道路检测，能从图像中自动检测并分割出道路，用于交通检测(Achieve road detection, the image automatically detect and segment the road for traffic detection)

说明：  EMD分解信号，利用相关系数选取有效本证模态函数，最终得到滤波信号(EMD decomposes the signal, uses the correlation coefficient to select the effective intrinsic mode function, and finally obtains the filtered signal.)
