本程序利用交替优化的方法实现了8-PSK信号在多普勒频移条件下的相位和定时双参数同步，不仅程序注释清晰，而且附上该程序实验报告，力求便于读者理解。(By optimizing alternately, this program realizes two parameters synchronization of phase and timing for 8-psk signal under Doppler frequency shifting channel. For better understanding of readers, I not only note the program clearly, but also provide the experimental report in the rar.)

一个用于高阶调制单载波系统的低复杂度均衡算法，非常有用(a low-complexity equilization algorithm which can be applied in single-carrier systems wiht high order modulation)
