应用背景采集一段语音信号，通过低通滤波处理，将信号频谱限制在3kHz，通过 对时域信号的拉伸处理，将时域信号时间长度扩大8 倍，这样信号带宽降 低8 倍，为3kHz/8=0.375kHz。 关键技术（2） 将（1）的0.375kHz 信号作为基带信号采用DSB-LC 方式调制在频率为 2kHz 的载波上，将生成的调制后信号通过声卡播放，由另一台计算机的 耳机进行接收，并进行包络检测解调。 （3） 将解调后信号时间长度压缩为原始长度的1/8，即将带宽从0.375kHz 还原 到3kHz，并且用接收计算机的声卡播放。
