VISREG函数

说明：  红外图像拼接，将两幅有重叠的图拼成一幅，以实现相关拼接(Infrared image mosaic, the two overlapping Figure 1 spell in order to achieve the relevant splicing)

a.牌照定位，定位图片中的牌照位置； b.牌照字符分割，把牌照中的字符分割出来； c.牌照字符识别，把分割好的字符进行识别，最终组成牌照号码。 (a. License Plate Location, location location of the picture of the license b. Character Segmentation license to license the characters split up c. license character recognition, to split a good character to identify the final composition of license number. )

说明：  lsb数字水印算法，SB算法利用了数字图像处理中位平面的原理,即改变图像的最低位的信息,对图像信息产生的影响非常小,人眼的视觉感知系统往往不能察觉。以一幅256灰度的图像为例, 256 灰度共需要8 个位来表示,但其中每一个位的作用是不一样的,越高位对图像的影响越大,反之越低的位影响越小,甚至不能感知。(Digital watermarking algorithm based on lsb)

此程序用matlab实现了在水果图片中识别出水果的功能，识别成功率较高(This program uses MATLAB to realize the function of recognizing fruits in fruit pictures, and the recognition rate is higher.)
