利用Labview平台，实现了指定格式的xml与xls文件的互转功能，其中xml端利用Labview内部函数，xls端利用下载的dll函数。虽然不是通用互转系统，但仍然对labvie环境下xml编程和excel编程很有帮助。(The the Labview platform to achieve a specified format xml with the xls file Huzhuan function, in which the xml end to using Labview internal function, xls to end the use of the downloaded dll function. 第一部分产生最大128位随机数 第二部分用汉明距离检测误码率 第三部分，第一和第二再加调制（BPSK+QPSK）加白高斯噪声通道awgn，得到结果并用图形显示。(part1: source.vi generate a ramdom bit sequence. part2: erro detection get BER via Humming Dacetance. Part3: part 1+ 2, and modelation (BPSK or QPSK), and AWGN,get BER and show it in diagram.)

用户自行输入所需要的频率和占空比，得到PWM波(Users input the required frequency and duty cycle to get the PWM wave.)
