基于PSCAD的IEEE39节点测试系统，可实现电磁暂态仿真、机电暂态仿真以及小信号稳定性仿真分析等。通过E-TRAN将PSS/E数据转换为PSCAD模型，模型包含有E-TRAN的元件库等。(IEEE New England 39-bus test system based on PSCAD/EMTDC. The model can be used in electromagnetic transient simulations, electromechanical transient simulations, and small-signal stability similations. The model is developed by using E-TRAN to transform PSS/E data to PSCAD/EMTDC model.)

可以进行辐射状8节点配电网的状态估计，但是由于权重的选取不合适，程序收敛，但估计质量不高，可以通过合理的选择权重，来达到很高的估计质量。(Radial 8 nodes distribution network state estimation, but inappropriate due to the weight of the selected program convergence, it is estimated that the quality is not high, can be a reasonable option weight to achieve a high estimation quality.)
