全数字解调下16QAM信号的频偏估计的TD-GG算法实现。TD-GG算法是在TD和GG算法基础上提出来的，有较大的频偏估计范围和较好的估计精度，很好的解决了传统的非数据辅助频偏估计算法中估计范围和精度不能兼顾的问题，而且这种算法易于实现。(Digital demodulation under the 16QAM signal frequency estimation TD-GG algorithm.
