ISCREP Discrepancy principle criterion for choosing the reg. parameter.(Deviation principle for the broad reform program. Deviation principle for solving the generalized regularization parameter. For the choice of the regularization parameter was provided. ISCREP Discrepancy principle criterion for choosing the reg. Parameter.)

(Automatic Threshold Selection；)
