In early 1996 Microsoft had a fi rst stab at improving the situation by including the Internet Server Application Programming Interface (ISAPI) tech- nology as part of Internet Information Server. 图像处理中的量化方法以及MSE/SNR/PSNR误差计算，采用了Level=16和Level=8两种量化方式。

完成了基于RA8875自身绘图功能的文字显示、多边形显示以及触摸屏控制等功能。本程序基于SK-M32F407开发板，LCD为RA8875驱动的800x480屏幕。由于硬件可能有所不一致，需要经过改动才能移植成功到目标板上。特别注意的是，我所用的LCD的制作者不知为何故意将R和G的信号线调反了（具体可以看LCD的原理图我有上传），故本程序的色序为BGR，而不是RA8875默认的RGB。
