ukf

a simple but efficeint scheduling Algorithm in a context ofdma. The idea is to satisfy fairness and the QOS from 2 point of view the first part of sub carrier will be allotted in such way that the flow total of the system is guaranteed and the second part ensures fairness between the users

此程序主要是通过使用小波达到音频压缩的目的，可以比较不同的小波函数和压缩次数音频文件的差异(This process is mainly achieved through the use of wavelet purpose audio compression, you can compare different compression of the wavelet function and the difference in the number of audio files)

未编码BPSK性能AWGN信道理论误码率(Performance of uncoded BPSK BER AWGN channel theory)

frame blocking, known as enframe or split the signal into specific frames.

简洁但是经典的Root Music DOA 算法,是用多项式求解的方法来寻找DOA(Direction of Arrival )(simple but classic Root Music DOA algorithm, is the polynomial method to find DOA (Direction of Arrival))

Modified version - Plots the irradiation diagram of a quad-element Tonpilz array
