说明：  在R语言中有根据矩阵绘制色块图的程序，可以用于绘制相关系数矩阵图，用丰富的颜色和形状形象的展示矩阵元素值的大小。今天介绍的是如何用matlab绘制矩阵色块图。(In R language, there is a program to draw color block graph according to matrix, which can be used to draw correlation coefficient matrix graph and show the size of matrix element value with rich color and shape image. 说明：  Fourier Ptychography是一种首先开发用于显微镜的成像技术。该技术首先收集感兴趣的显微样品的一系列图像。从相干光源（通常从LED阵列）以不同的照明角度获取每个图像。然后，使用迭代相位检索算法将获取的图像集组合为最终的高分辨率图像，该图像可以包含多达十亿个像素（千兆像素）。该技术还提供了非干涉相位图像和近波长衍射极限分辨率。(Fourier Ptychography is an imaging technique first developed for use in microscopes. The technique first collects a series of images of a microscopic sample of interest. Each image is acquired under a different angle of illumination from a coherent light source (typically from an array of LEDs). The acquired image set is then combined using an iterative phase retrieval algorithm into a final high-resolution image that can contain up to a billion pixels (a gigapixel). The technique also provides a non-interferometric phase image and near wavelength diffraction-limited resolution.)

该程序是利用Matlab编写，用于RVE单元。施加周期性边界可以根据源码进行学习PBC原理。(The program is written in Matlab and used in RVE unit. Periodic boundaries can be applied to learn PBC principles based on source code.)
