h264实现监控,不是动态的，是通过读取每一帧图像(h264 yuv420 to rgb)

说明：  分析音频，分割进行傅里叶变换，得出声谱图(Analyze the audio and get the spectrogram)

将2D图像转换为红蓝3D效果。程序由本人编写，算法来自论文《A novel 2D-to-3D conversion technique based on relative height depth cue》by Yong Ju Jung等。(2D-to-3D Conversion. The codes are written by myself and according to the article "A novel 2D-to-3D conversion technique based on relative height depth cue" by Yong Ju Jung.)

非精确ALM解决PCA算法的例子，用后效果不错，发上来分享。(This matlab code implements the inexact augmented Lagrange multiplier method for Robust PCA.)

本文主要是针对传统混合高斯模型运动目标检测算法的不足做出了一些改进(This article is for the shortcomings of traditional Gaussian mixture model moving object detection algorithm made some improvements)

说明：  harris角点检测算法，用于图像拼接的配准(harris corner detection algorithm for image mosaic of the registration)
