MATLAB运动目标检测代码

说明：  实现opencv的canny算子及其改进，可以自适应生成阈值，包括了几种阈值处理算法(The Canny operator of OpenCV and its improvement can generate threshold adaptively, including several threshold processing algorithms)

DCT数字水印基于CVI平台。用c编写的。(DCT digital watermarking)

利用背景减除法进行运动前景分割，而后利用归一化RGB颜色空间进行阴影减除，利用连通域进行滤澡，对每一帧进行运动前景提取。(Motion detection by background subtraction and RGB shadow removing method.)
