通过四点贝塞尔曲线来拟合曲线的代码，参数可以相应改变(four points bezier fitting)

基于active-set 的SQP算法，用于求解非线性不等约束(SQP algorithm used to find a constrained minimum of a function of several variables based on active-set algorithm, subject to the nonlinear inequalities.)

说明：  采用Matlab对信号进行四层分解与重构，合成一个文件更有利于理解Matlab功能(use Matlab to finish your signal processing)

本程序包主要有5个函数，分别实现了大地坐标与WGS84坐标的转换，卫星位置计算，电离层延迟模型，对流层延迟模型(Delay_of_ionosphere(）Delay_of_troposphere( ） GetSVPos() BLH_to_WGS84( B,L,H ) WGS84_to_BLH(X,Y,Z))

说明：  对FOA算法进行改进,提高了算法寻优的速度与准确性(The FOA algorithm is improved to improve the speed and accuracy of the algorithm)
