说明：  一种基于labview的ASCII和Uniocode转换的程序。(A LabVIEW-based ASCII and Uniocode conversion program.)

该vi主要是一台简单的单通道数字示波器，实现数据采集、波形显示、信号处理、波形存储等(The main vi is a simple single-channel digital oscilloscope, data acquisition, waveform display, signal processing, waveform storage, etc.)

说明：  对于无法实现硬件定时的数据卡来说，这个vi提供了软件定时的功能(For data cards that cannot achieve hardware timing, this VI provides software timing capabilities)
