小波分析

对图象重建，进行７＊７中值滤波，对图象进行锐化处理，和均值滤波的比较(right image reconstruction, 7* 7 Median filtering, the image sharpening, and the mean filter comparison)

IndexOrder : can change indexing Order Right to left or Left To Right , U can Change Default From en_RightToLeft to en_LeftToRight if you want. ##### HorizontalyOrder : if set to false then vertical ordering ##### SetFocusFirstINDEX : if set to true then Finaly First Component in form who have index = 0 Setfocuse

对信号进行EEMD分解，消除模式混叠，并对本征模函数进行FFT变换，求出幅度谱(EEMD decomposition of the signal eliminate Mode aliasing, FFT transform and intrinsic mode functions obtained amplitude spectrum )
