jpeg压缩matlab程序，可供学习图像视频编解码的同学学习(jpeg compression matlab program for learning image video codec students to learn)

本程序包括了三个程序，L1范数正则化，L2范数正则化，Tikhonov正则化超分辨率重建。经反复测试，没有BUG。(The program includes three procedures, L1 norm regularization, L2 norm regularization, Tikhonov regularization super-resolution reconstruction. After repeated testing, no BUG.)

这是个criminisi算法的源码，可以对图像进行相应的修补。效果很好。(This is a criminisi algorithm source code, images can be appropriate patch. With good results.)

基于全变分（TV）的多光谱遥感图像恢复。当多光谱图像中一个通道模糊时，利用其它通道的图像特征辅助进行去模糊或反卷积，效果不错！！附带有对应的文章做参考。(This is a new image restoration or deconvolution method, which uses one of clear band image to constraint Total Variation de-blurring of degraded band image in multispectral image. It tested with different noise with different regularization parameters. It also compared with otherhods.)

水平集(level set)的基本思想是将界面看成高一维空间中某一函数ψ（称为水平集函数）的零水平集，同时界面的演化也扩充到高一维的空间中。我们将水平集函数按照它所满足的发展方程进行演化或迭代，由于水平集函数不断进行演化，所以对应的零水平集也在不断变化，当水平集演化趋于平稳时，演化停止，得到界面形状。(The level set (level set) the basic idea is to interface as a higher dimensional space in a function (called a level set function) of the zero level set, and the interface evolution also extended to higher dimensional space. We evolve or iterate the level set function according to the evolution equation it satisfies. Because the level set function keeps evolving, so the corresponding zero level set is also changing. When the level set evolves to a stable state, the evolution stops, and the interface shape is obtained.)

本人在写论文时自己编写的虹膜瞳孔的分割，采用二值化方法，并附有图片。希望有人和我一起研究。(I am writing papers prepared by his pupil iris division of the value of using two methods, accompanied by a caption. And I want people to see.)
