本代码使用引导滤波器去除图像中的雨滴 在对雨雪天气图像进行清晰化处理之前，要对其中的动态成分进行自动辨识和去除。快速有效的自动辨识及去除方法是构建自适应多种低能见度条件视觉增强算法的前提条件(This code USES the guided filter to remove image in the rain Before the clarifications in rain and snow weather image processing, to the dynamic content of the automatic identification and removal.Quick and efficient automatic identification and removal method is to construct the adaptive multiple visual enhancement algorithm is the premise of low visibility conditions)

说明：  matlab最小二乘法曲面拟合程序可以得到函数具体解析式(Matlab least squares surface fitting program can get the specific analytic expression of the function)

提出了基于小波变换的图像融合方法，并分析了可见光与红外图像的融合结果(An image fusion method based on wavelet transform is proposed, and the fusion results of visible and infrared images are analyzed.)

说明：  可完成对MODIS09GA数据的批量格式转换与裁剪(Batch format conversion and clipping of modis09GA data)

用模糊集方法进行图像增强，先对源图像做模糊化，然后在模糊平面上进行变换，最后再反模糊化，从而达到模糊集图像增强的目的。(Image enhancement using fuzzy set method, the first source image blurring, and then transform the fuzzy plane, and finally anti-blurring, so as to achieve the purpose of the fuzzy set of image enhancement.)
