说明：  API 网络 程序功能：查看TCP连接信息数据。 程序过程：取本机IP地址，监听IP；分析接收到的数据属于哪个协议，如果是TCP协议就进一步分析数据，取目标的地址、端口等。(API network Program function: view TCP connection information data.
