迭代最近点点云配准算法的matlab实现，最经典的算法(Iterative Closest little cloud registration algorithm matlab realize, the most classical algorithm)

说明：  基于matlab对三维点云的法向量进行求取，并进行朝向统一。(Based on MATLAB, the normal vector of three-dimensional point cloud is calculated, and the direction is unified.)

说明：  通过使用MATLAB语言建立三维渐开线齿轮啮合模型(use MATLAB to draw 3-D gear)

实现lod和水面叠加的功能，并可以读入txt各式的水位文件(Lod achieve superposition and surface features, and can read a variety of water into the txt file)

STL文件读取程序（Matlab）：可以将ASCII格式的STL文件中的数据点信息及网格拓扑信息读出，并显示在屏幕上(a MATLAB program which gets the name of an ASCII STL (Stereolithography) file from the user, reads the 3D graphics information stored in the file, and displays the structure on the screen. )
