Ftp传输，测试路径是否好用，传输文件,(ftp send)

MFC实现FTP客户端，支持断点续传的ftp，没有用到mfc提供的ftp类(The MFC implementation of the FTP client, support for HTTP, ftp, and did not use mfc ftp classes)

说明：  FTP的客户端，界面化的ftp操作，运行此程序后，需要只能ftp服务器端的用户名和密码，并且需要服务器端开启才可以进行正常的ftp下载。(FTP client, the interface of the ftp operation.)
