说明：  程序显示如何在labview中读取键盘、鼠标和操纵杆(recognition of keyboard input, mouse input and joystick input)

说明：  通过读取本地CSV文件，筛选里面数据后，传输至指定数据库(By reading the local CSV data, it is transmitted to the database.)
