拐点的检测，对一个图像的拐点进行检测，使用的是freeman链码的方法，检测图像中拐点的方向，确定该方向是不是拐点。(Inflection point detection, an image of the inflection point for testing, use freeman chain code method, testing the image in the direction of the inflection point, we determine the direction is inflection point. )

说明：  裁剪图像为固定大小，非常简单，只需要设定图像裁剪起始位置以及图像裁剪大小即可，非常方便。(It is very simple to crop the image to a fixed size. It is very convenient to set the starting position and size of the image clipping)

用对偶分裂算法处理乘性噪声如盐椒噪声（L1+TV），参数由电脑自动选取，matlab程序(A Duality-Based Splitting Method for L1-TV Image Restoration with Automatic Regularization Parameter Choice)

本资源是清华大学程明明在2011年CVPR上发表的一篇关于视觉显著性的代码，资源包括原文及matlab版本的代码。(It is a source code of visual saliency detection proposed by M.M Cheng in cvpr2011.And it is coded with matlab.)

说明：  采用基于信道非均匀性校正改进的RLS算法实现对探测器的非均匀性校正(An improved RLS algorithm based on channel nonuniformity correction is used to correct the nonuniformity of detector.)
