自己用matlab写的灰度图像压缩解压程序 jpegencoder可以打开图像压缩后存储为c.jpg（只限于灰度图像） jpegdecoder只适用于把jpegencoder的c.jpg解压，还不可以对任意图像解压，有待以后完善 作者 ar_dong(jpegencoder jpegdecoder author ar_dong)

数字图像压缩方向一些经典压缩方法的matlab程序实现(Digital image compression direction, some classic compression methods, matlab program implementation)

本程序是运用脉冲耦合神经网络（PCNN）算法进行图像分割的一个实例。基于PCNN的图像分割是一种图像像素相似度临近相似性的图像分割方法，已被广泛应用于图像平滑，分割及边缘检测等图像处理领域。(This program is an instance of the algorithm for image segmentation using pulse coupled neural network (PCNN). PCNN-based segmentation of an image pixel similarity near the the similarity image segmentation method has been widely used in image smoothing, segmentation and edge detection image processing applications.)

说明：  本程序主要对遥感图像实现三种处理：几何校正、图像增强和图像配准。这三种处理都可以独立实现，然而对于原始的遥感图像将这三种处理依次进行效果更佳。(This program mainly deals with three kinds of remote sensing image processing: geometric correction, image enhancement and image registration. These three kinds of processing can be realized independently, but for the original remote sensing image, the effect of these three kinds of processing in turn is better.)
