RLE是一个压缩的算法，里面有算法的C++程序实现。(RLE is a compression algorithm, there are algorithms C++ program)

说明：  利用哈夫曼树对简单文件进行压缩和解压缩，对数据的压缩集成(Compression and Decompression of Simple Files Using Huffman Tree)
