实现图像的无损压缩
该程序主要实现图像的无损压缩,具体算法包括:
(1)整数小波变换+SPIHT无损压缩
其中整数小波可以采用JPEG2000提供的5-3小波,也可以采用S+P变换,本程序均已给出。
(2)DPCM+算术编码
DPCM采用的是JPEG中采用的方法;
(3)JPEG-LS标准
JPEG-LS的无损压缩性能非常好,超过JPEG2000。(The program mainly realize lossless image compression, the specific algorithm include: (1) integer wavelet transform SPIHT Integer Wavelet lossless compression which can be used to provide the 5-3 wavelet JPEG2000, can also adopt the S P transform, the procedures are given. (2) DPCM arithmetic coding DPCM is used in JPEG methodology (3) JPEG-LS standard JPEG-LS lossless compression of very good performance, more than JPEG2000.)

针对粒子概率假设密度(PH D)滤波算法在虚警、漏检情况下,b标状态估计不稳定和b标可观测性车弱的问题,提出了一种基于序贯融合的粒子PH D滤波方法,利用雷达和红外传感器多目标进行融合跟踪杏基本思想是先对红外传感器进行粒子PH D滤波,丙将红外传感器滤波结果作为雷达的预测值,然后利用P达观测的数据进行更新,这样通过雷达和红外传感器交替上作保证目标状态的可观测性,从滤波器输出结身即可得到目标的状态信息仿真结果表明,在虚警、漏检和密集目标环境下,该方法是有效的和稳健的(The problem of target state estimation instability and observability weakerin the presence offalse alarms and missed detection was deal with. ity hypothesis density(PHD) filter for multrsensor multrtarget tracking was proposed. Observed da
to collected from the infrared sensor was estimated with the particle PHD filter. Then the results from
the filter were set as the radar predicted value by the radar observations. The multrtarget state can be
updated to guarantee observing the target state. In this way, the global state is updated at the fusion
center. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is effective and robust under the false
warning, omission and concentrated target environment.

Abstract—Noninvasive ultrasound imaging of carotid plaques
allows for the development of plaque-image analysis methods associated
with the risk of stroke. This paper presents several plaqueimage
analysis methods that have been developed over the past
years. The paper begins with a review of clinical methods for visual
classification that have led to standardized methods for image
acquisition, describes methods for image segmentation and denoizing,
and provides an overview of the several texture-feature
extraction and classification methods that have been applied. We
provide a summary of emerging trends in 3-D imaging methods
and plaque-motion analysis. Finally, we provide a discussion of the
emerging trends and future directions in our concluding remarks.
