在完成matlab的基本文件读写功能基础上，绘制等值线以及动画等。共有两个代码，其一为从一文本文件（.txt）中读取数据 ，勾画平面等值线，另外一个从一个文本文件汇总读取数据，制作动画。(After completing the basic matlab file read and write functions, based on the contour map and animation.
