LIBSVM 是台湾大学林智仁(Chih-Jen Lin)博士等开发设计的一个操作简单、易于使用、快速有效的通用SVM 软件包，可以解决分类问题（包括C- SVC、n - SVC ）、回归问题（包括e - SVR、n - SVR ）以及分布估计（one-class-SVM ）等问题，提供了线性、多项式、径向基和S形函数四种常用的核函数供选择，可以有效地解决多类问题、交叉验证选择参数、对不平衡样本加权、多类问题的概率估计等。 2.89版本是09年刚更新的一个版本。(LIBSVM)

说明：  hopfield神经网络实现：（1）两个三维的稳定点，（2）从大小为12*10的黑白图像识别数字(hopfield neural networks: (1) the stability of two dimensional points, (2) from the size of 12* 10 black and white digital image recognition)

针对带时滞二阶振荡环节的系统传递函数,我们这里研究了,二阶振荡环节时间常数增大,对系统动态性能的影响,读者可以在程序上对时间常数进行修改,即可得出比较与区别.(brought against Delay second oscillation link system transfer function, we studied here, and the second time constant oscillation links increased, the dynamic properties of readers, the procedure for amending time constant can be obtained by comparison with distinction.)

说明：  de Boor 求值算法求作二次和三次B-样条曲线非插值，给定顶点(algorithm evaluates demand for secondary and cubic B-spline- curve interpolation, given vertex)
