Random sampling algorithm

拉格朗日插值，本程序用拉格朗日插值公式对一元不等距观测数据进行程组插值 (Lagrange interpolation)

进行FFT变换，在此基础上作频谱分析、功率谱分析等。(FFT transform, on the basis for spectrum analysis, power spectrum analysis.)

This paper deals with the modeling of the statistical distribution of the effective gain of terminals. This incorporates both the characteristics of the antenna’s radiation pattern in the situation of use, and the characteristics of the local propagation environment. A frequency-wise and frequency-correlated log-normally-distributed effective-gain model is proposed as a standard model of wide – although not universal – validity. This is done mainly for the sake of simplicity and ease of use. This model is tested in a few exemplary cases of measured and simulated terminals, using a subset of the WINNER channel model for the local propagation.

The Sugeno-Takagi-like fuzzy controller: This controller is a two input one output fuzzy controller The first input is the error=x The second input is the error_dot=y(time derivative of the error) The output of the fuzzy controller is the CHANGE in the control action and NOT the control action.
