说明：  在MATLAB环境中，利用简单的加法和乘法实现基2时间抽取的FFT变换，并且能够计算出峰值点的最大值,数据点数为2的整数次幂。学习程序有利于对FFT变换的理解，以及在单片机环境或者是DSP环境中编写FFT变换C语言程序。(In the MATLAB environment, using simple addition and multiplication of time taken to achieve the base 2 FFT transform, and can calculate the maximum peak point.
