实现了用matlab在频域上求离散序列的循环卷积(Achieved in the frequency domain using matlab seeking discrete sequence of circular convolution)

时间序列灰色预测G(1,1)程序，返回预测值（可指定预测数目）和精度检验统计量(Time series Grey G (1,1) process, return predictive value (can specify the number of predicted) and accuracy test statistics)
