自己编写的函数，自动寻找乳腺肿块区域的种子点，为种子区域生长做准备，算法比较复杂(breast boundary.seed region growth)

说明：  此源码可对图像进行Ncut分割，并且集成了特征提取和SVM分类的功能。(This source can be Ncut image segmentation, and integrates the feature extraction and SVM classification function.)

样条函数用于图像放大；可放大任意倍数；五次样条函数的构造 (five splines function)

采用考虑湍流内外尺度影响的退化模型来恢复大气湍流降质图像，运用包含了湍流内外尺度影响的波结构函数、折射率谱以及薄透镜成像的退化函数导出了新的退化模型。(A new degradation model includling the influence of outer-and inner-scale of turbulence is presented to restore atmospheric turbulence degradation images. )

本程序采用了特征线法计算管道阀门关闭时的水锤(This program uses a water hammer characteristic line method to calculate the pipe when the valve is closed)

说明：  这是HALCON自带的例程，名称全部汉化。将其中文件对应index_examples_en_US.xml替换，另外operators文件夹也替换掉。(This is the routine that comes with Halcon. All names are Chinese. Index the file_ examples_ En_ US.xml Replace. In addition, the operators folder is also replaced)
