说明：  用于从图像中提取不同大小的块，采样可选为重叠，不重叠和随机，以及由块恢复图像的三个函数(Used to extract from the image blocks of different sizes, optional sampling overlapping, non-overlapping and random, and by block to restore the image of the three functions)

利用MALAB实现的关于变压器差流计算的问题，对差流的提取很有意义。(MALAB achieve on transformer differential current calculated differential current extraction makes sense.)
