说明：  周期图法进行谱估计，包括平均估计法，平均重叠估计法等等(periodogram)

自适应均衡算法，常模算法，固定步长，变步长盲均衡算法(Adaptive equalization algorithms, the norm algorithm)

多项式拟合函数，用于给定数据点的多项式拟合，区别于matlab内置的函数polyfit,但效果差别不大。(A simple way of polynomial fitting to given points ,which is different from polyfit function but with no much different in result .)
