说明：  平台基于visual studio2015，使用opencv函数实现中值滤波，进行图像处理(median blur based on opencv)

对所采样的原始图像进行噪声滤波、边缘检测、特征提取、利用多项差值亚像素算法。(the target image is be processed that it is filtered noise, edge detection and character be got.)

k均值聚类，聚为2类，结果显示散点图，红色十字表示聚类中心(K-means clustering, the class number is 2, and the results showed that the clustering center)
