  A novel constant false alarm rate(CFAR)detection algorithm is proposed in this paper.The Biparameter CFAR detection is applicable tO Gaussian noise in non—coherent integration for radar dim target detection algorithm.The paper analyzed the probability of false alarm in theory.Monte—Carlo simulations demonstrate that the Biparameter CFAR processor has achieved about 5 dB SNR gains in detection performances comparable to the conventional cell—averaging CFAR processor.
