代码说明：

采用行均值相减法抑制温度场的非线性影响，增强目标点，利用形态学方法抑制背景并保留高亮区，搜索局部极大值，利用阈值分离出目标，实现红外点目标的检测(enhancement of point target are carried out by inhibiting nonlinear influence in temperature field with line average subtracting，Inhibiting background and maintaining high brightness area are implemented by using Top-Hat operator morphological filtering，then The targets are separated off from searching for local maximum。this program realize the detection the infrared small target)
