In this simulink model , baseband binary detection is simulated .A rectangular pulse shaped signal is given as input to the detector.The received signal is matched filtered and down-sampled .The effects of symbol timing offset can be seen by varying the phase of down-sampling operation.The binary signal transmitted is recovered at the detector output.
