循环MUSIC算法 Cyclic-MUSIC

实现增量极限学习机，在线学习的方法等等，实现了在线连续学习功能(code written in matlab)

这是一个matlab版的基础响应分析功能文件，非常有用。(This is a matlab version of the document based on the functional response analysis, very useful.)
