我的毕业设计，一个简单的集聊天，文件传输于一体的vc源码，可选TCP或UDP传输模式！(My graduation project, a simple set chat, file transfer in one vc source, optional TCP or UDP transfer mode!)

UDT（UDP-based Data Transfer Protocol，简称UDT）是一种互联网数据传输协议。UDT建于UDP之上，并引入新的拥塞控制和数据可靠性控制机制。UDT是面向连接的双向的应用层协议。它同时支持可靠的数据流传输和部分可靠的数据报传输。 (UDT is a reliable UDP based application level data transport protocol for distributed data intensive applications over wide area high-speed networks. UDT uses UDP to transfer bulk data with its own reliability control and congestion control mechanisms. The new protocol can transfer data at a much higher speed than TCP does. UDT is also a highly configurable framework that can accommodate various congestion control algorithms)

说明：  httppost的实现方法基于visualc++实现(httppost based on the method to achieve visualc)

VB开发的IP测试程序，这是在我工作中写的调试程序，在配置文件中只需要写上相应的IP，程序就会循环测试IP地址是否在线，不在线的话就会报警提醒(VB development of IP test program, which is written in my work debugger, just write in the configuration file on the corresponding IP, the program will loop test IP address is online, not online, then it will alarm to remind)

说明：  务器端基于select I/O模型。为防止程序界面阻塞，有一个子线程用于不断接收socket并select其中的处理。客户端只有一个线程函数，不过其利用率很高，可用于远程目录交换，请求文件大小，创建若干线程来下载文件。文件传输有上传和下载,还有对等传输，这个项目中，传输文件具体指下载。(Client server based on select I/O model.
