红外线遥控在现阶段有着很广阔的应用。家电、玩具等都有红外线的身影。它有着体积小、低功耗、低成本、环保等特点，使得它在不断的发展推广。甚至在一些恶劣的环境下也会用到它。本设计是基于单片机和红外线信号设计的遥控风扇系统，通过单片机对红外线编码和解码实现对电机状态的控制。该设计实现了风扇控制的几个基本功能：开/关功能、三档调速功能、10分钟到4小时不同时间段的定时功能。经过软硬件的实现以及模块和系统调试，上述功能都已实现。这个设计结构简单、成本低廉、使用方便，具有家电方面的应用意义。(Infrared remote control has a wide range of applications at this stage.
