基于PSCAD 4.5搭建的IEEE标准2区4机11节点模型

随机生成一堆杂乱数据，借助RANSAC和贝塞尔样条拟合出曲线形状，使之最大程度拟合数据(Do the three degree Bezier Spline fitting based on RANSAC)
