作者曾经实现过将matlab函数编译成dll供Cpp调用，这篇文章的目的是对新增的面向对象的的扩展mwArray进行讲解，matlab很容易和C/C++联合起来使用。 以前做过matlab7与c++的混合编程：将matlab函数编译成dll给C++调用，从而加快开发的进度。但是今天在matlab2008b下面又做了一遍，发现matlab又改了很多东西，诸如增加了面向对象的的扩展mwArray，于是做笔记如下。(matlab_dll_Cpp)

很多场合需要白噪声，本程序通过一种简单的M文件产生白噪声。(Many occasions need white noise, this program through a simple M files generated white noise.)

matlab环境下实现局部均值分解（LMD）(matlab environment to achieve local mean decomposition (LMD) )

this package is used for the design of digital graphic equalizer that can be used in mobile environment after optimization

说明：  基本的Qpsk调制和解调方式，采用的是A方式，并且画出误码率和信噪比的比例图(QPSK simulation)
