Real-time Recognition System of Traffic Light in Urban Environment Abstract—detection of arrow traffic light is a focal point research in autonomous vehicle, and in urban environment it is the basic technique. However, most researches mainly concern the circular traffic lights. A novel algorithm is proposed in this paper to resolve the problems of detection and recognition of arrow traffic lights.

(This procedure is to use a Kalman filter to achieve a key point in human tracking problems, the use of the CV model, noise is Gaussian white noise! Take useful to see!)

(When M = 4, the preparation of QAM of the Monte Carlo simulation program, draw the symbol error rate and bit error rate curve, and and the theoretical curves.)

(RFID is radio frequency identification technology in English (Radio Frequency Identification) stands for radio frequency identification technology is the 20th century, the rise of the 90s an automatic identification technology, radio frequency identification technology is a radio frequency signal through space coupling (alternating magnetic field or electromagnetic field ) to achieve non-contact information transmission and pass the message to identify the purpose of the technology.)
