此程序为ISODATA聚类算法的改进，主要是优化了其初始化，其初始化为两类，一类质心为极值最大点，另一类质心为离该质心最远的质心(This procedure is a clustering algorithm for the ISODATA , The original method is improved by the initialization . let a maximum point as the center of the first class,and let the centeris farthest that the first center as the center of the second class)

利用matlab实现图片的编辑，图像的亮度调节，缩小和放大，格式的转换等。(Using matlab realize image editing, image brightness adjustment, zoom in and out, format conversion and so on.)

说明：  matlab实现最简单的DMC 预测控制 单入单出(The simplest DMC algorithm single in single out)

實現點掉在網格中，可以被內插出來的weight(Point out in a grid, can be interpolated from weight)
