余子式、行列式、逆矩阵、对数组进行全排列(Bulbil style, determinant, inverse matrix, wide array of arrays)

此程序对BPSK调制、载波锁频跟踪进行仿真，主要目的是锁频环 (sintable(k+1)=sin(2*pi*k/2^10) costable(k+1)=cos(2*pi*k/2^10) )

用k-means算法进行聚类分析。已运行成功。(By k-means clustering analysis algorithm. Has been running successfully.)

基于机动目标当前统计模型的单目标跟踪，采用卡尔曼滤波实现(Maneuvering target based on current statistical model of the single-target tracking using Kalman filter to achieve)
