DOA-Based-on-FFT-and-MUSIC
针对MUSIC算法在进行信号波达方向(DOA)估计时谱峰搜索运算量大的问题,提出了一种基于FFT多波束算法与MUSIC算法的联合DOA估计方法。该方法采用FFT多波束算法形成多个波束,近似估计信号DOA,获得对应波束指向,再利用MUSIC算法实现对信号DOA的精确估计。这样就只需在该波束指向对应的空域范围内搜索,减小了DOA估计的运算量。(MUSIC algorithm for performing signal DOA (DOA) estimates peak search operation when big problem, a joint DOA estimation method based on FFT algorithm and multi-beam MUSIC algorithm. The method uses FFT algorithm for multi-beam forming multiple beams, approximate estimate signal DOA, obtain the corresponding beam pointing, reuse MUSIC algorithm for accurate estimation of the signal DOA. This will only search within the beam direction corresponding airspace, reducing the amount of computation DOA estimates.)

Region_of_interest_GUI
Run the ROI file by issuing the command ROI in the command window and a GUI screen will pop up, the screen may be used for selecting a Region of interest while viewing the full length movie and adjusting the region of interest accordingly, after hitting save the GUI will dismantle the movie to seperate images and will save them in current folder.The GUI panel is self explanatory and as such does not require any further explanations

Blind-Signal-Separation
This paper presents a new algorithm to extract
the fetal ECG from an ECG recorded on the
mother’s abdomen. The algorithm consists of
two steps: first, ECG of fetus is extracted from
the original signal using a two-level wavelet
transform. We use Daubechie wavelet transform,
which is similar in shape to heart beat wave. The
resulted signal is then low-pass filtered using the
Savitzky-Golay smoothing filter to attenuate the
effect of noise. The filtered signal is considered
as the fetal ECG. The algorithm was applied on
both synthetic and real ECG signals. The results
in this paper show that the proposed algorithm
has promising performance.
