(Based on the short-term and short-term energy to achieve zero rate of voice activity detection. Also known as dual-threshold comparison method, is a traditional method of voice activity detection. Researchers now have made a number of other more efficient and effective detection methods, but this method may be one of the most simple way to get through the process of voice activity detection and the experience of perceptual knowledge. Procedures within the WAV file to read, procedures with detailed instructions and notes, as well as the voice of a number of test documents.)

(VB series with a simple cd player, realize the basic functions of CD drive.)

(Very simple DTMF implementation, alaw encoded audio files can be decoded, enclosing a sample file.)

avi视频打开的小程序，可以再次基础上进行大量的开发(avi video to open a small program that can once again a lot of development on the basis of)

(Music_Box source code, VC++ music player (win32 source version), the music player uses Win32SDK realize, with the music list is saved, support skin transparency settings.)

(Using Visual C++ programming tools developed music player)

(High quality image resample algorithm.)

本程序为多媒体通信的server端的源码（ VC++ 6.0 以上版本）(the procedures for multimedia communications server side of the source (VC version 6.0 and above))

(VC6.0 + source code)(Media Player (VC6.0+ source code))
