本程序主要是对点迹数据进行滤波，形成航迹，并在雷达终端中进行显示。 本程序适用于阵列雷达，只显示一个阵面90度的范围。 由于通常雷达显示图以正北（显示器的正上方）为0度，与polar的零度不同，因此存在转化的问题。 (a program about radar display simulation)
